BOSTON (May 15th, 2020) — Human Care Systems is excited to launch version 5.5.0 of the Resilix® platform. This release includes updates to our cadence system, and although much of these changes occur in the backend, we couldn’t be more excited about this functionality. The ability to send personalized interactions through various channels at the right timepoints is at the basis of our solutions. That’s exactly how we address the various barriers that might come up as people initiative and continue their treatment.
With this new release, the underlying architecture of the Resilix platform cadence system will allow for more complex actions (e.g. create, update, redo, and delete). This will make re-entering communication cadences easier and allow different re-enrollment strategies. Resilix platform users also have increased flexibility in changing scheduled communications (within permitted business rules).
The Resilix platform is a CRM for biopharmaceutical companies that provides omnichannel treatment support to patients and healthcare providers to maximize treatment initiation, adherence, and persistence. All channels, UI, data entities, content, and business rules in the Resilix platform are configurable for each client, program, and user role. This provides biopharmaceutical companies the ability to control the entire treatment experience including reimbursement, fulfillment, ongoing adherence, outcomes, and data collection from one single platform.
