Human Care Systems Releases Version 5.0 of Resilix® Treatment Experience Platform

Human Care Systems, developer of Resilix®, a treatment experience platform designed specifically for pharmaceutical manufacturers to provide better patient services and support, today announced the latest version of its keystone platform, version 5.0. This version employs a scalable microservices architecture with flexible data management capabilities, enabling a quicker launch process for new customer programs, and advanced security features for increased level of compliance.

Launched in 2018, Resilix is a patient engagement platform that effectively and compliantly solves the needs of the pharma patient services sector by driving the right patient interactions at the right time. Using the executive team’s robust experience and knowledge, Resilix combines omnichannel technology and the human touch to identify and address patient challenges to treatment initiation and adherence. Resilix allows customers to create a true 360 degrees view of the patient experience and rapidly enable advanced engagement features for all stakeholders in the patient’s treatment journey.

“Version 5.0 elevates the Resilix platform and allows us to adjust the treatment program to meet consumer demand more quickly and efficiently,” said Gil Dror, chief technology officer at Human Care Systems. “Our proprietary data management system along with our modular microservices approach offers customers an unparalleled ability to launch and scale sophisticated programs that enhance the patient experience.”

In addition, new security functionality was rolled out to enable better tracking of user history in a detailed audit trail feature. “We’re committed to meeting the highest standards for data security and privacy,” said Matthew Hall, CEO of Human Care Systems. “Our robust quality management system follows FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliance standards for privacy and security features as well as software development and validation processes that are in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.”
